Beginners – take your practice at your own pace! We recommend our morning gentle yoga classes, evening yin yoga and guided meditation is perfect for you.
Intermediate and Yogis alike – As you know, yoga is a state of mind! And at Happy Buddha we welcome all levels. Join any of our yoga classes and when you need to take your practice to the next level, smile, delve in deep and safely adjust to the shape as you need.
Our program is an effective solution to unwind and re-energise. Within just minutes of your arrival the stresses of Sydney life disappear – with a warm welcome and a natural landscape you can’t help but start to relax in.
