Casual Yoga Classes

Operating for over 6 years at various locations, Happy Buddha Retreats has found a beautiful new home in the Blue Mountains and we are now offering casual yoga classes to the local community. Casual yoga classes take place on Wednesday and Sunday after our retreat finishes and all guests have departed.

• Beginner & intermediate levels welcome.

Wednesday:

6pm – 7pm (Flow)

From July ~ 7.15pm – 8:30pm (Restorative Yin)

Sunday:

4:30 – 5.30pm (Slow flow)
5.45pm – 7:00pm (Restorative Yin)
