OVERVIEW OF YOUR JOURNEY

Below is a detailed description of your retreat. You may choose to partake in as many or as few activities as you please

ARRIVAL DAY

5:00pm – 7:15pm ~ Check-in
Relax, make a cup of tea, have some nibbles, and settle into your blissful environment.
7:15pm – 8:30pm ~ Dinner Delight
8:30pm – 9:00pm ~ Opening Circle
Welcome! The hard part is done, you are here. Set your intention for the retreat and start your journey.
9:00pm – 9:30pm ~ Yoga Nidra (Guided Meditation)
Lying down guided meditation to relax your body and quieten the mind before sleep.
10:00pm until breakfast ~ Whisper time
Please keep conversations to a whisper at night time and in the morning so as not to disturb others.

DAY 2

7:00am – 8:00am ~ Dynamic Yoga
Get your body moving in this intermediate yoga class. Its dynamic flow will leave you feeling energised.
8:00am – 9:00am ~ Gentle Yoga
Come and enjoy a gentle full body stretch and see how good it feels to begin your day with yoga.
9:00am – 9:45am ~ Break Your Fast
9:45am – 10:45am ~ Meditation Talk
Discover and learn about a different aspect of meditation in this unique mindfulness activity and discourse.
10:45am – 1:00pm ~ Free Time
1:00pm – 2:00pm ~ Lunch Munch
2:00pm – 2:45pm ~ Drum Circle
Connect to your heart, find your inner rhythm, and have some fun!
2:45pm – 5:30pm ~ Free Time
5:30pm – 7:00pm ~ Yin Yoga & Meditation
A relaxing style of yoga which is great for all levels. It will give your body a chance to completely let go.
7:15pm – 8:30pm ~ Dinner Delight
8:30pm – 9:00pm ~ Yoga Nidra (Guided Meditation)
