Welcome to your Inner Joy Retreat

Now that you are here, leave all expectations, worries and ideals behind and allow yourself to be present.

You have done the most important thing already, by taking out time for yourself.

This retreat will be more than just yoga, meditation and eating delicious food. Each activity has a specific purpose and as a whole will nourish your mind, body and spirit to awaken the prana and life-force inside of you.

No matter what reason you have come, allow yourself to enter into a world of being, rather than doing, and deepen your inquiry into mindfulness practice to learn how to deal more effectively with the demands of your daily life.

Aim to begin each experience with curiosity and an open mind.

You may practice yoga daily or this may be your first experience, it won’t matter, this retreat will hopefully be something new for all of you, and allow you to see yourself and each other in a different light. We encourage each of you to experience each activity with a full heart and an open mind.
We are all equals here, no one will judge you or push you beyond your limits. On the contrary, you will enjoy a level of compassion and support that you will probably never have experienced before.
It doesn’t matter if you have a strong religious faith or no faith at all, because here, everyone is encouraged to share in the bliss and find their higher selves.

An Overview of Your Journey:

Below is a detailed description of your options for your retreat. You may choose to select as little or as many as you please.

Arrival Day

5:00pm – 7:30pm ~ Check-in

Relax, make a cup of tea, have some nibbles, and settle into your blissful environment.

7:30pm – 8:30pm ~ Dinner Delight

8:30pm – 9:00pm ~ Welcoming

9:00pm – 9:30pm ~ Yoga Nidra (Relaxation)

Guided meditation to relax your body, quieten the mind, and allow you to find that place of stillness inside.

10:00pm until breakfast ~ Whisper time

Please keep conversations to a whisper at night time and in the morning so as not to disturb others.

Day 2

7:00am – 8:00am ~ Dynamic Yoga

Get your body moving in this intermediate yoga class. Its dynamic flow will leave you feeling energised for the rest of the day.

8:00am – 9:00am ~ Gentle Yoga

Come and enjoy a gentle full body stretch and see how good it feels to begin your day with yoga.

9:00am – 9:45am ~ Break Your Fast

10:00am – 10:45am ~ Meditation Talk

Learn about meditation and experience a unique mindfulness activity.

10:45am – 1:00pm ~ Free Time

1:00pm – 2:00pm ~ Lunch Munch

2:00pm – 2:30pm ~ Drum Circle

Connect to your heart and find your inner rhythm.

3:00pm – 5:30pm ~ Free Time

5:30pm – 6:45pm ~ Yin Yoga

A relaxing style of yoga which is great for all levels. It will give your body a chance to completely let go.

7:00pm – 8:00pm ~ Dinner Delight

8:30pm – 9:00pm ~ Yoga Nidra (Relaxation)

Restore your energy, cleanse your body and lettuce serve you:

Relax in our comfortable dining room and be served wonderful organic vegetarian meals prepared with love by our talented chefs.
Let it be known that meals may change depending on the season and availability of produce. Meals may be substituted but taste will not.
