For most of us, the movement we experience on a daily basis is moving from our office chair to the car and to the couch.  Our bodies are crying out to move, stretch and strengthen.

This is where a 3 day yoga retreat over delivers. Retreaters can re-engage their bodies with 3 distinct types of yoga: Hatha, Vinyasa and Yin style.  All three practices awaken your body back into motion and releasing stress.

As for as the concept of Stillness, it’s an idea that the everyday person only dreams of while rushing through their coffee break.  To allow ourselves even five minutes of “quiet time” is practically unheard of these days.

This is where the combination of guided meditation sessions as well as free time to wander amongst bushland set this health retreat apart. It as if the setting outside of Sydney NSW, Australia was by grand design to encourage the calming effects of reconnecting to your health.

Nourishing Fresh Meals:

One of the fastest ways to shock your system back to a healthy flow is through your diet. On your 3 day yoga retreat, enjoy nourishing, vegetarian home-cooked meals using seasonal produce and plant powered ingredients.  It’s a shock (in a wonderful way!) to find the enjoyment in whole foods.

3 day Yoga Retreat Program

Happy Buddha’s Blue Mountains retreats are so much more than just yoga, meditation and eating delicious food. The 3 day yoga retreat program has been designed to nourish your mind and body; to ignite your spirit and tap back into the inner happiness that you deserve.

Day 1

We’ll welcome you with friendly smiles and show you to your room. Settle in, make a cuppa, take the chance to have a wander or just sit by the fire and take a mindful moment. Take an afternoon slow flow yoga class and get ready for a delicious dinner. Join our welcoming circle and prepare for a relaxed sleep with yoga nidra.

Day 2

Wake refreshed and keen to join a dynamic flow or gentle yoga practice. Break your fast before delving into our mindfulness workshop. Take a break or bushwalk (or even a massage!) before a nourishing lunch. In the afternoon, join us for drumming, chatting with new found friends and an evening yin. Dinner will be served before an evening guided meditation before settling in to a deep sleep.

Day 3

Your final day with us commences with your yoga practice and a warming breakfast with fresh fruit. Then, we say farewell with a closing circle. The closing circle explores your intentions and how your three days have progressed. (Considered a highlight and not to be missed!)
