Learn to meditate without meditating…

Through rhythm and connection, we’ll explore a new way to meditate!

Join Athil, founder of Happy Buddha Retreats for an inspiring
and fun 60-minute Ta Ke Ti Na Rhythmic Meditation Class.

THIS IS A COMPLETELY FREE OFFERING!

When was the last time you moved your body creatively, sang out loud and laughed with a sense of playfulness?

When we let ourselves go (just like the playfulness of a child), we can find a beautiful rhythm within which helps us to de-stress and feel more grounded. And that’s what we call Rhythmic Meditation…

This class will include meditation for grounding and interactive (and fun!) activities to embrace rhythm. No rhythm is required, nor the ability to sing. It’s as simple as Step, Clap and Sing (in whatever voice you bring!).

Just like meditating, you’ll feel a sense of calmness and clarity. You’ll feel more connected to your body. And you’ll learn how to embrace joy and curiosity.

Science has shown us time and time again that rhythm can be a wonderful catalyst for entering flow states. Rhythm has the capacity to create a balance between the right and left sides of the brain, create new neural pathways, stimulate the vagus nerve and reduce stress and anxiety.

Embracing the rhythm of life… Join us!!

Perfect for anyone curious about meditation or you’ve tried seated meditation and it just wasn’t for you!

“Within the first 20-minutes I found myself smiling and giggling to myself. It was actually fun to collectively create rhythm and by the end, when we lay down to let it all settle, my mind was clear, and my body felt alive.”~ Claire C, Sydney
