Yoga Nidra Class | Sunday March 22, 3-4pm

Overstimulated, run down, stressed, can’t sleep? 

During the 60 minute meditative experience we will enter receptive states of relaxation leaving us feeling well rested, balanced and an internal sense of harmony and connection.

This is a one hour class and you can take part as a casual or as part of your class pass / membership.

Note: the practice is suitable for all ages, for those who are beginning their yoga practice, intermediate and advanced practitioners.
