It seems as if everything in the way we choose to live takes us away from ourselves. In a loud and distracting world with that feeling of being ‘too busy’, the noises, stress, anxiety…and this way of life then becomes our daily lived experience which we perceive as normal.

This meditation retreat will kick start your new normal where you live everyday aware, connected and energised.

Break away from the distractions that keep us lingering on the shallow surfaces of the mind. Stillness is one way of getting there. And that’s the gift of two-day meditation retreat.

Life is full of noise. And true stillness is rare. Even the thought of meditating may be an intimidating task, but if you find yourself fatigued and distracted, our meditation retreat might be just what you need. Stillness is an energetic quality of the present moment; of being.

As our internal and external environments become louder and louder, more people are beginning to seek out this stillness.

Our do-able, two-day meditation retreat is a lot more diverse than you might think.

Our practice of meditation and its intention goes beyond relaxation. Observing your inner thought patterns can teach greater stress tolerance and emotional balance that lasts long after the retreat is over. True stillness removes the pressure of outside influences, allowing you to examine what really brings joy and meaning to your life.

True stillnes is a deeply personal experience that’s different for everybody; the truth is, there’s no way to know exactly what will happen once you’re alone with yourself.

8:00 am – 9:00am – Guided Meditation

2:00 pm – Walking Meditation

5:30 pm – Yin Yoga

Final morning

A Meditation Retreat can feel a little challenging as there’s that uncomfortable feeling of sitting still. And we don’t realise how we will feel until we completely stop. Even if your mind takes over and tells you it’s too hard, or not for you, the key to a Meditation Retreat is to trust the process.

The beauty of this retreat is that meditation comes in many forms, including seated and silent, during guided yoga nidra, within the long, juicy hold of yin yoga and walking in nature.
