This is the ultimate retreat experience! Our down-to-earth crew will warmly welcome you for a whole 3 nights of inspiration, nourishment, and joy. Our 3-Night Long Weekend retreats are a beautiful opportunity to offer you an extended stay with a curated program based on our Inner Joy retreats but with a few little surprises along the way.

Good Vibes

Our Long Weekend program has been specially curated with daily yoga, inspiring workshops and plenty of free time to chill in the pool, take a walk through the healing bushland or simply to reflect on the year that was in our communal spaces.

Also included is nature connection and vision boarding to encourage reflection and a sense of gratitude. And in true Happy Buddha style there will be impromptu celebratory drumming, singing and dancing (it’s just the nature of this amazing community!) Local musicians will also pop in for some extra good-vibes.

To top it off we will being providing you with fresh and seasonal vegetarian meals during your entire stay. Banquets of fusion-style dishes which include flavours from Asia, India and the Mediterranean.

Accomodation Options

This year we’re offering two main options:

Stay in the main retreat centre

If you’ve experienced our Inner Joy retreat this where you’ve stayed. Rooms are twin-share with an ensuite and include fans, fresh linen, towels and a guaranteed view of either the pool, garden or mountains.

3-Nights at the retreat centre is $599 per person

Stay in our communal retreat house

You’ll be staying twin-share in our cosy and communal retreat house (with clean, shared bathrooms), literally just down the drive. You’ll have access to all of the retreat centre facilities.

Rooms include fans, linen and towels. This is the perfect accommodation if you like the idea of getting to know some of our crew and volunteers and don’t mind sharing a bathroom!

3-Nights at the communal house is $549 per person

Inclusions and notes on your booking

Prices are per person and include your retreat program, twin-share accommodation and all meals during your stay.

You also have the option to pay an additional amount to guarantee your own room if you need some additional privacy or you’re a light sleeper. (limited spaces available)

Solo travellers you can still opt for a twin-share room – we will pair you up with a same-gender buddy. Couples, you can retreat together by booking for two and making a note you would like a double room! Retreating with a friend? Great!! Just book for two and make a note you are room buddies.

4:45pm – 5:45pm – Slow Flow Ease into your 3-night retreat with gentle yoga.

7:15pm – 8:30pm – Dinner Delight!

8:30 pm – Opening Circle and Yoga Nidra

10:00pm until breakfast – Whisper Time

Day 2

7:00am – 8:00am Dynamic Yoga Get your body moving in this dynamic yoga class.

8:00am – 9:00am – Gentle Yoga with a little dance!
