Take lessons from nature…

This retreat is based on our Inner Joy program but with a focus on rhythm. We will be taking lessons from nature and explore rhythm through yoga, movement, mindfulness games, body percussion and drumming.

Consider this retreat the ideal way to take time out from your every-day routine where you can slow down your pace, feel more connected…and renew your sense of contentment.

We’ll show you how rhythm is everywhere in life and nature. In the way we talk and move. In nature and the seasons. The lunar cycle. And of course in music. And once we embrace this we feel okay with making mistakes, are more self-compassionate and accepting of the ups and downs of life.

Buddha and Breakfast

A nourishing experience in the Blue Mountains…

Inner Rhythm Retreat takes place at Happy Buddha Retreats in Wentworth Falls, Blue Mountains. This is an intimate weekly gathering of just 12 participants.

You’ll be staying twin-share in our cosy and communal retreat house (with clean, shared bathrooms). Our crew will be preparing fresh and nourishing meals for you. Workshops will take place in our “Dream” studio (next door to the house) and you have access to our retreat centre pool (if you can brave the chill!), quiet meditation zen den and local walks during your free time.

All workshops, meals and twin-share accommodation included. 

There is an opportunity to book a healing massage at an additional cost of $110 cash per hour. Bookings are only made upon check in. For more info, browse our massage therapy page.

Relax, make a cup of tea, have some nibbles, and settle in and explore the beautiful surroundings of the retreat house.

Day 2

9:00am – 9:45am Break Your Fast

10:00am – 10:55am Meditation Talk
Learn about the ‘flow’ state of meditation.

10:55am – 1:00pm Free Time

1:00pm – 2:00pm Lunch Munch

2:00pm – 2:45pm Drum Circle

2:45pm – 5:30pm Free time to go exploring, journal or relax

5:30pm – 6:45pm Yin Yoga

7:00pm – 8:00pm  Nourishing Dinner

8:30pm – 9:00pm Relaxation Meditation

9:00pm until breakfast – Whisper Time

Final Day
