Direct from Happy Buddha Retreats in the Blue Mountains, our down-to-earth crew will be facilitating an extended Inner Joy program. Imagine 3 whole nights of inspiration, nourishment, and joy with beautiful Byron Bay Hinterland surroundings.

The venue is nestled within the Byron hinterland and offers up cosy communal spaces, plenty of space to stretch out and comfortable rooms.  And with Covid-19 limitations, there will be adherence to social distancing (we like to call this spacious connection) and extra hygiene precautions.

Feel energised

This program has been specially curated with daily yoga, inspiring workshops and plenty of free time to relax, sip a herbal tea and catch up on some reading. In true Happy Buddha style this retreat is about getting your ‘happy’ back, embracing your mojo, and living life with a sense of joy and contentment.

Unlike a day spa, we use yoga and mindfulness games so you feel more energised and more connected to the world around you.

We’ll be providing you with nourishing and seasonal vegetarian meals during your entire stay with a fusion of Mediterranean and Asian flavours.

Retreat Accommodation

The venue offers comfortable accomodation nestled in a picturesque valley fringed by rain forest and mountains. Rooms are triple-share, with fresh linen and towels provided. Depending on your chosen room you will have an ensuite or an allocated shared bathroom. We can accommodate couples and friends retreating together – simply email us about this option.

A Covid-Safe Plan and social distancing is in place. This is a triple-share retreat. Feel free to book in with a friend/s or if you are joining us as a solo retreater (amazing!) we will buddy you up with room mates.

Inclusions and notes on your booking

Prices are per person and include your 3-night extended retreat program, triple/twin-share accommodation and all meals during your stay.

Feel free to book in with a friend or if you are joining us as a solo retreater (amazing!) we will buddy you up with a room mate/s.  Please BYO your yoga mat, props and anything else to make your new socially distanced yoga comfortable.

Please note: There are various room configurations available and the price listed is per person in triple-share rooms. Some rooms have an an ensuite. Others have an allocated shared bathroom. Twin-share for two friends or a couple is available. Please email us for pricing.

Arrival Day
4:30pm – 7:00pm Check-in Relax, make a cup of tea, have some nibbles, and settle in and explore the beautiful surroundings of the retreat centre.

4:45pm – 5:45pm – Slow Flow Ease into your 3-night retreat with gentle yoga.

7:15pm – 8:30pm – Dinner Delight!

8:30 pm – Opening Circle and Yoga Nidra

10:00pm until breakfast – Whisper Time

Day 2

7:30am – 9:00am Dynamic Yoga to get your body moving!

9:00am – 9:45am – Break Your Fast

10:00am – 11:00am – Meditation Talk 

11:00am – Free Time

1:00pm – 2:00pm – Lunch Munch

2:00pm – 2:45pm – Drum Circle Connect to your heart and find your inner rhythm.

3:00pm – Free Time

5:30pm – 6:45pm – Yin Yoga

7:15pm – 8:30pm – Delicious Dinner

8:30pm – Guided Meditation (Yoga Nidra)
