Direct from Happy Buddha Retreats in the Blue Mountains, our down-to-earth crew will be facilitating our popular Inner Joy program in Northern NSW. Imagine a weekend of inspiration, nourishment, and joy with beautiful Byron surroundings.

The magical venue is nestled within the Byron region and offers up cosy communal spaces, plenty of space to stretch out and comfortable rooms. There’s even an enchanted forest to explore – or you can wander the fruit orchards.

Feel energised

This program has been specially curated with daily yoga, inspiring workshops and plenty of free time to relax, sip a herbal tea and catch up on some reading. In true Happy Buddha style this retreat is about getting your ‘happy’ back, embracing your mojo, and living life with a sense of joy and contentment.

Unlike a day spa, we use yoga and mindfulness games so you feel more energised and more connected to the world around you.

We’ll be providing you with nourishing vegetarian meals during your entire stay – all of which are organic with produce sourced either locally or direct from the kitchen garden.

Arrival Day

4:30pm – 7:00pm Check-in Relax, make a cup of tea, have some nibbles, and settle in and explore the beautiful surroundings of the retreat centre.

4:45pm – 5:45pm – Slow Flow Ease into your 2-night retreat with gentle yoga.

7:15pm – 8:30pm – Dinner Delight!

8:30 pm – Opening Circle and Yoga Nidra

10:00pm until breakfast – Whisper Time

Day 2

7:30am – 9:00am Dynamic Yoga to get your body moving!

9:00am – 9:45am – Break Your Fast

10:00am – 11:00am – Meditation Talk 

11:00am – Free Time

1:00pm – 2:00pm – Lunch Munch

2:00pm – 3:00pm – Creative Connection

3:00pm – Free Time

5:30pm – 6:45pm – Yin Yoga

7:15pm – 8:30pm – Delicious Dinner

8:30pm – Guided Meditation (Yoga Nidra)

9:45am – Closing Circle Considered to be the highlight of the retreat by many of our participants, not to be missed!

Unique Venue & Organic Food

The venue offers up eclectic, yet comfortable, accommodation nestled in 40 acres of fruit orchards, organic gardens and enchanted forests rich in wildlife. Rooms are dorm-style, triple and twin-share with fresh linen and towels provided. Amenities and bathrooms are shared. You’ll also have access to a 15m Swimming Pool, Spa and Turkish-style steam room.

Feel free to book in with a friend/s or if you are joining us as a solo retreater (amazing!) we will buddy you up with roommates.
