Your facilitator is Maïlys Pauletto ~ is a qualified Rebirthing Breathwork facilitator through the Breath Mastery program. Maïlys is passionate about creating safe and sacred spaces to support healing and spiritual growth and enhance connectedness back to one’s true essence.

This 2-night rebirthing breathwork program is a a powerful experience for anyone who is committed to their healing and growth. No prior experience is necessary ~ just an openness and curiosity to explore your shadow and your light.

A 2-Night Breathwork Retreat with transformational workshops including breathwork journeys, kriya yoga, yin yoga, song circles, guided journalling and more. Vegetarian meals included during your stay.

You’ll stay in cosy twin-share accommodation (with ensuite).

$649pp twin-share or solo upgrade for an additional fee.

Your Breathwork Retreat Program

Arrival Day 1

4:00pm ~ Official Check-in
Arrive at 4pm to settle in, make a cup of tea and get ready for a 5:15pm yin practice in the ‘secret’ yoga space.

5:15pm – 6:15pm ~ Yin Yoga

6:30pm ~ Final Check-in
If you’re traveling from afar, or running a little late, please arrive by 6:30pm so you are settled in for our 6:45pm dinner delight.

6:45pm – 7:45pm ~ Dinner Delight

8:15pm – 9:00pm ~ Opening Circle & Yoga Nidra

10:00pm until breakfast ~ Whisper time

Explore breathwork as a practice and how brain-state can shift from the usual beta state and drop into states of alpha and theta.

2:00pm ~ Free time to explore your natural surrounds

4:00pm  ~ Breathwork Journey & Guided Meditation

Blue Mountains Healing

This retreat takes place at Happy Buddha Retreats in Wentworth Falls, Blue Mountains.

 Accommodation is comfortable and you’ll be twin-sharing your room with either a friend or another retreater. You’ll have access to our pool, quiet meditation zen den and local walks during your free time.

if emotions are stirred this is completely normal. If you’re worried about anything during the retreat we encourage you to talk to a member of the crew.

All workshops, vegetarian meals and twin-share accommodation included.

Rebirthing Breathwork Retreat | February 23-25

Please note, this program is not recommended for people with a history of aneurisms, cardiovascular problems, high blood pressure, osteoporosis, or any recent surgeries. This retreat is not recommended during the first trimester of pregnancy.
