A safe and gentle cleanse

This special 2-night juice, smoothie and soup cleanse retreat is available for anyone interested in a safe, accessible juice cleanse. Simply, it’s a few days away to experience a cleanse with the a supportive crew and a community of like-minded retreaters who are all in one place for the same reason: To cleanse & gain some clarity over their health.

Be assured, your body will receive the nourishment it requires. This is not a diet. But rather, it’s a great opportunity to take pause and give your digestive system a rest. And in return, you’ll be taking a break away from your normal eating habits – in order to forge new, healthy routines.

Consider this retreat a perfect way to pause and reset.

We’ll be using simple, fresh vegetables, herbs & low fructose fruits and will be preparing juice, blending smoothies and cooking soups throughout your journey.

There will be 10 x delicious combinations provided to you during your retreat.

A retreat to reset & refresh
(inside and out!)

This retreat takes place at Happy Buddha Retreats in Wentworth Falls, Blue Mountains.

Accommodation is comfortable and you’ll be twin-sharing your room with either a friend or another retreater.  You’ll have access to our pool, quiet meditation zen den and local walks during your free time.

Rest when you need and drink plenty of water. Be assured that we’ve curated a menu and program to fully support you; to make sure your nutritional needs are met and that you feel supported by the crew and other participants. And that’s the beauty of this program ~ you’re not alone!

If you’re worried about anything during the retreat we encourage you to talk to a member of the crew.

All workshops, 7x nourishing creations, 1x light breakfast (final day) and twin-share accommodation included.
