Our Inner Joy Retreat is our signature program at Happy Buddha Retreats. Offered three times every week, and commencing every Monday, Wednesday or Friday this program has been especially created to tap into joy, contentment and self-acceptance.
Whether you’re a seasoned yogi or this is your first experience, it won’t matter! Whilst we utilise yoga, meditation to stretch the body and mind, this retreat will allow you to see yourself and others in a different light. We encourage you to experience each activity with a full heart, love and kindness. Playfulness and laughter (especially in the drumming workshop) might even be a beautiful reward!
