Our Inner Joy Retreat is our signature program and the best meditation and yoga retreat in the Blue Mountains as reviewed by our guests.
Choose from a 2-night midweek retreat commencing on Wednesday or 2-night weekend retreat commencing on Friday.
We’ve created this program specially to help you find and embrace joy, contentment and self-acceptance, and carry it forwards into your daily life.
With fresh, vegetarian meals, yoga and guided meditation for any ability and energy level, and cosy rooms facing a stunning Blue Mountains valley, you’ll feel energised and replenished by the end of your stay.

How our Inner Joy retreat works
The retreat is perfect for individuals or couples attending for the first time, seasoned retreat goers, yoga and meditation lovers or those wanting a break from the daily grind. Many of our guests love it so much they return more than three times!
We hold the retreat two times a week for your convenience. Choose from a 2-night midweek or 2-night weekend retreat check in.
Throughout your Inner Joy retreat, you’ll have lots of opportunities to participate in different activities, rest or explore nature walks.
It’s a great chance to enjoy your own company or share experiences with like-minded people. It’s your retreat, your way.
Soak in your natural surrounds, experience different styles of yoga and guided meditation, and eat fresh, healthy food cooked with real passion and care. Swim leisurely in our pool or the nearby waterfall.
Massages are also available and are 1-hour in length ~ more information will be emailed to you upon your retreat confirmation. We have a very friendly communal house cat so please note if you have allergies.Â

Program Overview
Everything on the program is optional. You’re welcome to do as much or as little as you like. All activities and meals take place at our Blue Mountains Retreat Centre.
Arrival Day 1
4:00pm ~ Official Check-in
Arrive at 4pm to settle in, make a cup of tea and get ready for a 4:45pm slow flow practice in the ‘secret’ yoga space.
4:45pm – 5:45pm ~ Slow Flow
6:30pm ~ Final Check-in
If you’re traveling from afar, or running a little late, please arrive by 6:30pm so you are settled in for our 6:45pm dinner delight.

Get your body moving in this intermediate yoga class.

Learn about meditation and experience a unique mindfulness activity.

This yoga and meditation retreat program is $549pp twin-share inclusive of your accommodation, meals and workshops!
