could almost be on holiday in any relaxing part of the world. The acreages and farms create
a relaxed atmosphere for the town, how ever the small town has a IGA, Specialty shops and
petrol stations.

Classes

Happy Buddha Retreats yoga and meditation classes are designed to help students build strength and flexibility in a way that nurtures and encourages composure between mind and body. Our teachers work with students teaching them any positions, with which they may not be familiar. The classess are designed to gently guide each person through asana designed to bring clarity, calmness and centeredness.
