Wellbeing Retreats offers weekend meditation retreats for people of all skill & experience level.

Located in peaceful surrounds of Kenthurst and 55 minutes from Sydney, retreats are hosted by Athill Singh, who guides students in meditation with the aim of soothing physical and spiritual woes.

This one-day meditation retreat runs from 10am to 7pm and includes, healthy snacks & teas; lunch and dinner.

Meditation sessions are held throughout the day, with subjects including general wellbeing, financial ease and relationships meditation. Optional activities include a silent meditation walk and a creativity session.
